WAN Design
- What is it? Connectivity options are evolving at an exponential pace; in tandem with this, the need to use more 'bandwidth hungry' and time-critical applications across the WAN (to remote sites, for example) is on the upsurge. While telecomms providers will happily sell more bandwidth as the solution to congestion problems, rarely does this address the organisation's communication issues. A pragmatic INDEPENDANT approach to understanding the organisations business information flows, profiling the traffic and allowing for strategic growth will result in an unbiased WAN design which will then determine the connectivity needed.
